About CELPIP Speaking Practice

CELPIP Speaking Practice is a supplementary practice tool for CELPIP speaking preparation. We exist to give you something official resources can’t: accurate AI-scored speaking practice with instant, detailed feedback that helps you improve.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paragon Testing Enterprises or any official CELPIP body. CELPIP is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises. Our AI scores are estimates meant to guide your practice — they are not official CELPIP scores and should not be interpreted as predictions of your actual test results.

For official test preparation, we recommend visiting celpip.ca and, where possible, working with a qualified CELPIP instructor. CELPIP Speaking Practice works best as a complement to structured preparation — not a replacement for it.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CELPIP Speaking Practice (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your Account

You need an account to use CELPIP Speaking Practice. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Credits & Subscriptions

CELPIP Speaking Practice uses a credit system. Each AI-scored task submission costs one credit. Recording, preparation, and reviewing feedback are free.

• Free credits — new accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits to try the service.
• Subscriptions — paid plans provide a weekly or monthly allocation of credits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• No rollover — unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period.
• Failed evaluations — if AI scoring fails for a submission, your credit is automatically refunded.

Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via in-app purchases. Pricing is shown in your local currency at the point of purchase.

To cancel, manage your subscription through your device’s app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. If you experience a billing issue, contact us at info@onchiansite.xyz and we will do our best to help.

AI Scoring Disclaimer

CELPIP Speaking Practice uses AI language models to transcribe and evaluate your speaking responses. While we work continuously to improve accuracy, AI scoring has inherent limitations:

• Scores are estimates for practice purposes, not certified assessments.
• AI feedback may occasionally be inaccurate or inconsistent.
• Scores from CELPIP Speaking Practice do not correspond to official CELPIP scores and should not be relied upon as predictions.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on scores or feedback provided by the Service.

Think of CELPIP Speaking Practice as a tireless practice partner that helps you build confidence and fluency — not as a substitute for a human examiner’s judgment.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your audio recordings and any content you create through the Service. By using CELPIP Speaking Practice, you grant us a limited license to process your recordings for the purpose of providing AI transcription and scoring. We do not share your recordings publicly or use them for advertising.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI scoring system, creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits, using the Service for any purpose other than personal CELPIP preparation, or uploading content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others’ rights.

Service Availability

We aim to keep CELPIP Speaking Practice available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, update features, or address issues that result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CELPIP Speaking Practice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
